Opening for a Field Officer.

Posting anywhere in big town of Kenya

Should have at least 1 to 2 years Sales experience selling seeds in a competitive environment.

Familiarity of Distribution, Retail Network, Client approach, Follow ups, Product Knowledge, willing to travel, territory planning will be key areas desired.

Should have minimum Agriculture Diploma or Agriculture degree. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Look after and develop given Territory to the company's expectation.
• Ability to do field trials, meet farmers, hold demonstration of products.
• Regular reporting, maintain Sales growth and introduce new products into the market.
